When people are suffering from depression, they often ask “why”. Why did this happen to me? Why isn’t it getting better? Why did I get this way?
Even though they are understandable “why” questions, they really aren’t useful ones to ask, as the answer can often not be found easily.
There is another way of asking the “why” question, which will help you move away from depression, stress and anxiety more easily.
