Recently, I discussed how our lives and life events always consist of “two sides”; both “good” and “bad”. There is never just one side to them.

When we go through very stressful, depressed or anxious times, it seems “all bad”. Nothing good will come from it, we think. This video discusses my personal journey, which taught me that, no matter how bad something seemed, I always gained some knowledge, wisdom or insight during or afterwards.

That realisation allowed me to view subsequent “down mood” periods as not so bad, as I started looking forward to the new knowledge I would be receiving!
