Mindfulness Meditation is an awesome tool to “retrain” our brain and make it work FOR us, rather than AGAINST us. Our brains are like muscles that we can work out and strengthen.
If you find yourself depressed, anxious or stressed, and can’t seem to find a way out, chances are the “wrong” brain-muscles have been to the gym, and have become stronger and more influential than the “right” brain muscles are.
The crux is to train different areas of the brain. Is there a “Right” way of doing this, or are there other criteria that are more important?
